I don't know what is best for Taffy to wear. A collar or harness.
And whether to leave it on all the time?
I don't have a fenced in yard and I always take her out on a leash. Sometimes when people come in Taffy sneaks out and doesn't always come back in when told. Then the little stinker wants to play the chase me game

I have notice when I leave her harness on all the time her hair on her chest and stomach gets thinner.
Plus if I leave her collar on I am afraid she would get a collaspe treakea? She already has cough spells when she gets excited. Like her mother does.
So can anyone tell me what to do??? Collar or harness on all day? Or all the time? Or only when going outdoors to potty??
