There is a bit more risk when spaying a female in heat because there is more blood involved, but it is still considered acceptable. In this case, I think it is best for her to go ahead and do it now. Call the vet tomorrow or Monday, tell them that you want her spayed and ask if they will do it. Then schedule asap..
