I have been on YT long enough to hear that breeding a male and keeping him un-neutered will cause more mounting/humping, restlessness, potential marking all over the place inside and outside, plus the chance of many unwanted puppies should he ever get out and breed with a bitch in heat he runs into.
There are so many puppies and dogs needing homes, a rescue could be a good way to potentially save a life and get another pet, if that is what you want.
