To the OP--I feel your pain! The last time I took my boys to their groomer, it turned out a BIG disaster! The groomer's husband, who usually just helps out, got ahold of my Connor and almost skinned him--beard, eyelashes, and if the groomer hadn't caught him in time, the hair on his head would have been shaved off, too!
He looked like a shaved poodle! Luckily, Neo was spared this treatment, but it has been 3 months since, and I'm SO gun shy, even though they need a trim! I've been thinking of giving it one more try, but the husband better not even touch either of my boys!!!
