I have free fed mine ever snce they were tiny..Lady was 7 weeks old and is now 17months,and Jess was 8 weeks old and is now a year old...I still leave foo out 24/7.

Fred has food out all the time. He's good at peeeing on his pee-pee pad so no worries for us. Sometimes he'll have an accident here and there but he's still learning! He also poops once a day. He drinks water like a maniac though! Luckily I have not dealt with hypoglycemia due to non-eating because it sure looks like Fred loves to eat and drink. I think Yorkies are smart enough to know when they're full and when they're hungry!
