Aww thanks girls for supporting me! I just took Kelsey to Petsmart last night for a quick fix. They were very nice!!! I dont know if I'll go there from now on but they sure did do a great job. There was only one other dog being groomed when I dropped Kelsey off (it was a smaller yorkie soo cute!) and I asked if they were busy and they said "no were planning on starting on her right away and will have her ready no later than 8PM (i dropped her off at 6:15p)." So i thought that was great. The area was very clean and the 3 ladies there were very nice. Kelsey was nervous at first but i put her on the floor and gave them her leash and they took care of her from there. When I went to pick her up she was almost done and she saw me through the window in the store haha...she looked so happy to see me. I had to hide in the store so she wouldn't be too anxious when the groomer was finishing up. You should've seen me I was peeking behind an aisle with a clear view of her and she was being so good for the lady. It made me so happy to see her content and being well taken care of. I am still on the hunt for "the perfect groomer" and will let ya'll know what I find....Thank you all for your replies and concerns! I love this message board!
