I understand what you are saying. I've always had big dogs inside. This little guys can be extremely sensitive. I'm trying to regain my little ones love as we speak. Here's a little advise if you catch her in the act say 'no' or Uh-huh something to get her attention of clap. This will startle her into stopping peeing. Then carry her over to her pad or outside and wait til she relieves herself. When she does through a party, praise her, give her a treat.
