This sounds crazy, but I LOVE my Racheal Ray oval sauce pan. I make a lot of pasta recipes, and this is great to make sauces in. The shape is great for it.
I also love our deep fryer (I know, very very bad!), but the husband makes the best handcut french fries in the world! (I guess we're starting to see how I gained weight.
)
My last no do without would be my Pampered Chef stone for in the oven. It makes great pizza, strombolis, and crisps up leftovers from takeout.
