i was very lucky and got in this morning- after some very painful digging around (i didn't want a needle to freeze me so he gave me some topical freezing) he found the culprit- a popcorn kernel. that sucker had been in there for a while and I am feeling so much better- still sore but it doesnt hurt to talk now which is great! thank you all so much. you gave me the push i needed!
