Lots of people have had success with Comfortis. It might be worth a try. But it is a new drug and the safety profile is not great, nor is the overall efficacy.
No reason to continue FL if it isn't working, esp. if you are starting a new drug. Advantage is also possible. Program + Advantage or Program + Capstar aren't bad choices.
