Comfortis is great, but definitely DON'T continue to use Frontline with it. You could use Capstar occasionally with Frontline, but why would you even want to continue using Frontline if it isn't working? My vet says fleas can build up a resistance to Frontline so it doesn't work; and they hear that a lot.
