I really miss having a full kitchen. Currently I am running on a convection oven, microwave, and full size fridge, that is it!  Thank god I have the convection, is all I have to say!
My fave kitchen tool which is in storage at MIL's place is my Kitchenaid that I pretty much only use to make my famous garlic mashed red potatoes. 
My fave ingredient is my secret stash of pink Himalayan salt.
