Thanks, everyone. We weren't to sure because he seemed a little larger than most I have seen and his hair seemed to be very silky. I guess he picked up genetically somewhere along the way. It really doesn't matter too much we just want to answer correctly when people ask us. My fiance brought him home and I wasn't sure about the breed but like most on here I've come to have a greater appreciation for them and he is a huge part of our family now. Thanks.
