I always thought breaks of some kind were mandatory, but I see you are correct, they are not: U.S. Department of Labor - Find It By Topic - Work Hours - Breaks and Meal Periods

There must be something that covers basic health needs. I would go to HR and request they help you make accommodations, especially because you are pregnant.
