I agree with Pat. Waiting a good 3 months to see if the problem will spontaneously disappear isn't a bad idea. lol

I wonder if they can be missed on xray. I'd be very suspicious that it is a wisdom tooth. Could be something going on with the last molar that you do have too. Best to get it checked.
