Confused Blood in stools

Hi. Baxter my 12 week old 5 lb furby got up this morning and did his job. Then 1/2 hour later did it again only a little mushy. Then 1/2 hour later, did it again a little mushier. The last time it had a lg drop of blood in it. So i called the vet and took a sample. Couldn't find anything wrong. Gave me an antibiotic and said to watch him and if any more blood call tonight or in morning. His stools samples were neg for cocsidia ao anything. He has had a bone he has been chewing on, made by nylabone. Vet said maybe take him off those to see if he was ingesting small pieces and that was irritating his system. I had watched and if any pieces they have been very, very small. Like nawing on them and shaving off particles. Has anyone else had this happen. Is it the bones or are we missing something?
