Intestinal issues is a common Yorkie thing. If she is going to start throwing up everything, then more testing should be done. Blood work, fecal testing, and if all else fails, a biopsy should be done.
Sometimes food can manage the problem (if it's something along the lines of IBD), but a lot of times drugs are also needed. Which ones have been tried?
I'd try a GI rx diet from your vet and see where that gets you along with some bloods and a fecal and probably something like metronidazole if they think that'd be a good idea. If that doesn't work, then I'd talk to the vet about going further.
She should not stay on a food that is upsetting her tummy. At the same time it can take up to 3 weeks to evaluate a food and how it is going to react in the intestines. You should know if it will have a positive or negative impact in that amount of time. However, if her tummy is really upset, then it's time to talk to the vet about trying something else like an rx diet.
