I am very sorry for you and Nestle. When you last posted about your pup's SARDS diagnosis, I looked around on the internet and every vet source I found said that there is no known treatment to restore vision. The best you can do for your dog is have testing done for ailments that are often associated with SARDS: liver disease and Cushing's for instance.
