I think being more honest with this would probably help me lose some weight. Maybe I should be doing a daily thing instead.
1st meal: 1/2 turkey, roast beef ham sub, with yes mayo and mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, no oil or vinegar, and 1/2 a chicken sandwich (grilled) with yes mayo again, lettuce, tomato, ortega chile
2nd meal (more like snack): a potato taco and a fish taco. Both greasy and fried

Then a few bites of bf's chili cheese fries from Rally's, double blush!


3rd: (I'm getting ready to eat this in a few mins) gonna share some leftovers with bf from Fresh and Easy, Garlic Shrimp Risotto. They should have called it Garlic Risotto with a few small Shrimp. I'm adding some more shrimp. There is a chance that some more food forced its way down my mouth after this posting, but that is in the future, and I don't know what the future holds.
How may states have Fresh and Easy? I might start a thread on what is good from there and what is not.
