My Matise has a sensitive stomach and in turn has acid reflux & ulcer. He has other issues-a Liver Shunt but he does have a sensitive stomach. He has to take pepcid (special dog dosage) and sometimes reglan (anti vomiting med) and also an ulcer med. he was on it everyday and now on a as needed basis. Like if he starts swallowing too much or burps then I know he needs the pepcid. He was on Hills Science Diet Prescription Diet I/D. It is a very bland diet for sensitive systems. It is a completely nutritional food so you can feed it to them for as long as they need it. Matise is on a different prescription diet L/D for his Liver Shunt. Maybe you should speak with your vet on whether a diet change and or meds like pepcid are what Isabella needs. Good Luck.
