Those that are loving MO pet parents I wasn't referring to. In general the state and it's citizens have a poor attitude about pets and that they can just get them and dump them when they feel their family can't do it anymore. Can you imagine the scarring on these poor souls? Pets have feelings and feel loss when a family dumps them or rehomes them. Don't have them if you can't commit to them for their entire "short" little lives!
