I am so sorry you little Bella arrived in the condition she was in. What a terrible situation
I just looked at your photos and cringed...poor baby! Thank goodness she is now in a loving home and will be cared for (and I am sure spoiled) and of course loved to pieces. I am sure she is happy to be in a loving home.
