Can I make a suggestion? Have you looked into mobile groomers? I really like them because the appointment time you set is yours, they immediately start working on your pup. There's no appointment and then they'll throw your dog in a cage until they're ready for him. It's one on one attention by one person. The pup isn't passed from person to person leaving you guessing who did what. They're never more than a few steps away (in your driveway or parked down the st) so you can checkup on them.
They're like any other groomer that you meet and try them out to see if you like them. I really lime that our pups are not caged!
