Oh, so glad you are going to another vet. Keep a little sugar water in his system till then, is what I think I would do if it were Tibbe as there doesn't seem to be a surgery question. Are his gums pink and the pink color coming right back when you press? If not, I believe I would get to that vet now and make them see him now.
