 Bruising After Grooming
I have been reading these boards for a while but this is my first post. My little one is almost 2 years old and just over 5.5 pounds. We have been going to the same groomer since I got her and have never had any issues. Well, she went this past weekend and then that evening I noticed 3 bruises on her throat! I spoke with the owner today and she seems to think the new bather used the "noose" around Lucy's neck while she was getting her bath. And apparently she is wiggly when she gets her bath (and this is the first time they have ever mentioned that) so she thinks with the noose and the wiggling she basically caused the bruises herself. Has anyone else ever had this happen to their little one. I scared to death to take her back to the same groomer! (And I don't know if it's even related but she's had bad gas and hasn't been eating the same since she came home from the groomer on Saturday. I'm so worried about her!!!!) |
