My Ziggy's mom is an Aussie/Border Collie mix... dad is an unknown dog who jumped the fence. He is a sweetie pie - couldn't ask for a better behaved, more loving dog.... Here is is with Belle when she first came to live with us.
I can't imagine having to leave a dog behind. My parents 14 yr old rottie/shepherd mix just passed away in June. He didn't have an aggressive bone in his body. It's too bad that individual dogs can't be tested for temperment rather than judging them by breed
