Is she hiding when she poops? Maybe she saw you were upset about the diarrhea and she may think you were upset with her for pooping. Keep her where you can see her, supervise, and try to anticipate when she needs to go. Keep her close to her pad and when she hits the target, praise profusely. Do happy dances and give her a small treat (I use kibble).
