OMG!!!! Someone needs to take her and put a leash around her neck and do the same to her!!!! That poor little baby. Makes u wonder what other tortures that poor little one has endured in her 14 yrs at the hand of this Phsycopath!!! Sorry but there is no excuse for animal or child abuse. I sure hope sweet foxy makes it.
