My heart really goes out to you. Over the years I had a number of situations of bloody stools with my Bad Leroy Brown. Taking your baby to the vet is the best course of action, especially if you won't be around to watch for signs of dehydration, shock, etc.
These little guys are so small and reactive to ever so small changes. AND if you don't like what one vet says, find another one, And another one, And another one, until you find one that really cares.
Thankfully, I found a great vet and she got us on a good routine and we haven't had a bloody stool for 2 1/2 years!!!!!
Good luck!
