I was given a 2 yr old yorkie. She has not been cared for properly. Was outside in yard with several other yorkies. Was UTD on shots. Her hair was shaved off except on her back. The top of her coat is course & dry. Underneath is soft & silky. Is there any oil I can use to help put moisture back in it so it won't break off?
