Click, then treat.

First, you have to "load" the clicker. Don't use it to teach anything. Just click and treat (preferably when she isn't doing something that you don't like!). Click and treat. Repeat many times until she has learned that click = treat and will come running from anywhere when she hears the click to get her treat.

Anytime you click -even if accidentally- you MUST follow with a treat!
