I was looking more into the dates and the times of these episodes and on both mornings I gave him his Trifexis pill (heartworm/flea pill) and within 6-8 hours he had an episode. I read the fine writing online on their website and they had 1 dog have a mild seizure after taking it and they kept giving them to him and he was fine. I firmly believe this was caused by his pill. He will no longer be getting them and I feel really bad it took me this long to put two and two together! I will give seperate heartworm and flea stuff on different dates to make sure this doesn't happen again. I have no idea what in the pill caused this. I still have to call the vet tomorrow and discuss with them and then calling the maker to let them so so they are aware this is issue with their product! Thanks everyone for all the words of advice and the concern i greatly appreciate it. I will just be happy if this is truly what caused his episodes and I can fix it. |
