I was given a female yorkie. She is 2 and has been outside & they had shaved her coat except for leaving it a little long on her back. The top of her hair is corse & dry but underneath it is soft & silky. Doubt she has ever had conditioner on her. Do you think it is damaged from the sun, heat & dirt? What can I use to help restore the moisture back to it? Appreciate the help.
