Wow, I cannot believe the dog was left out for that long
I've called before, and they sent an animal control officer. The AC officer ended up calling me back to tell me that the car was gone when he arrived.
I'm glad the police were able to respond so quickly and that you were able to give the poor dog some water. Hopefully this will teach the owner a valuable lesson!
