This lasted for over an hour?
Particularly if it happens again or has not stopped, your puppy should just go straight to the ER of the nearest specialty hospital. It sounds as if the ER vet is not interested in figuring this out. If the regular vet can't figure it out, thn your puppy has to see a specialist. If it happens again before Monday, puppy needs to go to a specialty hospital ER.
This could end up being next to nothing or it could end up being extremely life threatening, esp. if left untreated. If seizures start to happen one after another without an attempt at controlling them, it can be very hard for the body to pull out of it even with drugs.
