What do you mean by woozy?
These sound like neurological symptoms. You said he went to the vet last time, so did they do bloodwork (pretty standard if a dog shows up at the ER and has just come out of neuro symptoms)? Was it all clear? Did the vet talk about the need for a neurologist?
I'm concerned that this is neurological. It doesn't sound like a seizure, but if it is and they stringing together, the prognosis isn't as good without getting immediate help.
I really think this pup needs some extensive testing to rule some things out. And if he hasn't come out of it by now or is just in this state, then the only answer is to go to the ER. If you think it is safe to wait til Monday with this going on (I don't think it's a good idea), then your pup needs to be seen as soon as they open.
This isn't normal, and now that it has happened twice, there is reason for concern.
