I am so sorry you are had to go thru this. It also brought up alot of sad memories for me.

Back in 2003, my 2 1/2 yr old Yorkie Shayleigh, who I waited on for 2 years to get her from a wonderful breeder.
We were staying at my Mother In Law's house since we had just moved from Virginia back to Texas. Well my MIL had dropped her Coumadin on the floor, unbeknowest to me.
Shayleigh somehow got hold of it. Shay started acting strange and was real wobby and started falling over, I rushed her to Vet we noticed what looked like bruises on her belly. I had no idea at the time what she had gotten hold of. We started her on medication to help clot her blood. We semed to be Ok, and then she starting bleeding out again in the brain. I lost my precious baby to that damn drug. I was mad at MIL, and I never really forgave her. When my MIL passed away 3 years ago, on her death bed she was telling me how sorry she was about my baby.
I always preach, please if you take any drug's, please do so away from the dog's and over the sink.
It so heart breaking to loose a pet so tragically this way.
