Anybody that can put duct tape piece after piece over the mouth and nose of a living, breathing little child is the worst kind of monster there is! Not to mention giving her chloroform!!! Then the garbage bags and tossing her into a swamp!!! I cannot even think what kind of person has thoughts about doing something that horrible - let alone actually does it! How does one become a monster, I wonder?
