I think someone (on that other board) may be confusing testosterone with sperm. It is true that testosterone remains in the neutered male dog for a while after neutering, but gradually leaves the body when it is not replenished through the sex organs.
That doesn't mean they aren't still interested though, because Buddha humps his Sheila every day. LOL.
