I think my baby needs her anal glands expressed. She started scooting across the floor and her stool is somewhat mushy. She is on heartguard and she really hasn't been outside all summer due to the heat except for the occassional 10 minute walk. Anyway I can't get to the vet until tommorrow because it's closed.

Is there anything I can do to alleviate some of the itching and irritation until tommorrow when I go to the vet. Her hair is already shaved and I have been keep her little butt as clean as possible. Any suggestions?
