I can answer some of these (I think). Linda will correct them if they are wrong.
Yes you will PM Ladyjane or you can use the contact us link on the Yorkie Haven Rescue Site. You can use your own material. For one bed she will need 2 yards. She uses cotton or flannel. It has Cluster Stuff on the inside and it is wonderful!
My babies love their cloud 9 beds. As far as where to send, you will need to talk to Linda for that one. Hope that helps.
