I ordered Jada and Bogie's Buddy Belts from Wet Nose Boutique about 3 or 4 months ago. Jada's is a size 3.5 and Bogie's is a 4. I never noticed the difference in the center of the arm holes until now. Maybe it is the size? I am thinking they only have a couple of half sizes available. Hmmmm
