Just to confuse matters more (JK): I've seen on here (YT) when some dogs are allergic to dog food that is chicken based, but have no problems eating home cooked chicken. This points to allergies to the preservatives used in preserving the chicken used in making the dog foods... |
Not suprised. Many who are "allergic" to processed chicken, that found in kibble, are not in any way allergic to it in it's raw form. I cannot speak of home cooked chicken, however, at the very least, one knows where it "came" from and the cooking involved.
