Every once in a blue moon, Desi poop is rock hard and I can tell she is constipated and in pain. I have baby suppositories on hand in the refrigerator which I cut down a little and I insert one, then wait a few minutes so it melts and she goes immediate after that. I do this only in extreme cases, if you see that the pooh is a little hard and dry, give her 1/4 teaspoon of Mineral oil just to lubricate them. Of course, call your Vet to make sure its ok with him.
