Last weekend my husband and I rode with friends to Eureka, CA to attend the first West Coast Spyder Ryder's event "Spyders In The Redwoods".

Our almost 6 year old yorkie "Bad Leroy Brown" was my companion the whole way, riding in a "Outward Hound" sling wrapped around me, and his harness was tethered by a leash around my waist. This is a pic taken by one of our friends who rode with us part of the way.

At the event, he was the hit of the show. We stayed at the Red Lion which is a pet friendly hotel. I think Leroy was asleep the minute his head touched the bed!!!
