Congrats on getting your dogs eyes CERF'd. Did the eye doctor explain what PPM is? It is just a membrane that a newborn puppy is born with in the eye - it stretches as the eye develops and usually goes away. Iris to iris PPM is probably the most common and luckily the least likely to cause any problems. In fact, on my CERFs the eye doctor has just told me that any dog with an Iris to Iris PPM will pass the CERF test but that if it is present they should not be bred to another dog with a PPM. In Yorkies having an Iris to Iris PPM is a breeder option.
By doing CERFs on your breeding dogs you will be able to tell which dogs have this and other conditions present in their eyes to make good breeding decisions. Since you know that your girl has this condition (it will not make her blind) you can make sure any stud you breed her to has had his CERF done as well and is clear of PPM
Good luck
