My daughter had a chihuahua that lived to be 17, anyway, when my BIL would come in from Texas and he would talk, Wicket (the lil' chi) would bark non stop. We would peven put her in the bedroom in the back of the house and she would still hear him and bark...until he left. He is SOO loud and aggravating.
So, I know what you are going through. Poor dogs!!! Muzzle the nieghbor??? LOL |
