Oh my goodness I am so sorry to hear about this! It is so hard with little ones and dogs, I have a lot of nieces and nephews and I try to keep Lucy away from them if I can but it's so hard!
I hope your cousin does return your calls and I hope this turns out to be nothing. I will pray that all goes well at the vet. Again, so sorry this happened to your little one!
