I liked Jaspersmom's advice-she sounds like she needs a pro.
If you think she would be mad, try a little white lie. Why don't you tell her that you want to go talk to someone, but are afraid to go alone and see if she would go with you to hold your hand.
I remember your posts about this mess before, and since you were drug through so much too, into it it wouldn't be unreasonable to tell her that you needed help dealing with it...
