Welcome to YT. I highly recommend that first you have your baby checked by a vet. A vet will likely be able to tell you immediately what the problem is and save you and your baby lots of suffering and time and money.
Her ears should be checked for infection or mites.
Has she had her rabies vacc yet? Now would be a good time for that too.
